The word Reiki means ‘Universal life Energy’ and is a safe and non-invasive therapy and helps to restore the balance between Mind, Body and Spirit.

The origins of Reiki is ancient but was re-introduced by Dr Mikao Usui, a Japanese gentleman in the late 19th century. A Reiki Practitioner lays their hands onto the body or just above it and they act as a conduit, allowing the Reiki energy channel through them and allowing it to transfer through to the Client.   

Reiki can be experienced in different ways.  Here are a few ways:-

• Heat
• Coolness
• Tingling
• Movement (water flowing or wind blowing within the body)

The Client remains fully clothed during the treatment and the therapy can have a lot of health benefits as explained below

Crystal Therapy is a therapy based on using crystals in different forms and the energy they emit to promote healing of the Mind, Body and Spirit. 

Crystals resonate at different vibrations and placed in the aura (the body’s energy field), allows the aura’s vibration to change.

Crystal Healing has been practiced for thousands of years by different cultures and thought to be practiced at the legendary city of Atlantis.

Illness can cause blocked energy or incorrect energy flow.  Crystal Therapy can help to re-balance the flow of energy and remove blocks.

The Therapist will carry out a series of layouts and configurations on or around the body including working with the seven main Chakra points (Crown, Brow, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Base) and the meridians.

Angel and Oracle Card Readings can help to give you guidance in your life and also can give you inspiration.

Using a variety of  Doreen Virtue’s Angel and Oracle cards, the readings are channelled and will be sent to you in written form by e-mail.

As a psychic medium Anita will tune in to your energy by using your name and date of birth and also receive information using the ‘clair’ senses (clairaudient, clairsentient and clairvoyant).
